IMPLEMETATION TIME SCHELDULE 

The implementation time from signing an MOU (Memorandum of Understanding) the time of order is approximately four months and the timing of systems ordering and shipping to final installation is approximately six months in 2026. Currently twenty-eight MOUs have been signed and are to be installed in 2026 and 2027. Two are waiting for approval currently and will be accepted.

Other major distributions for ALINA AWG PURE DRINKING WATER and ALINA EXOTIC WATER are WOLDGATE RESORTS, ALINA CENTERS, WORLDGATE ALINA RETREATS, ALINA CONCERTS and WORLDGATE ALINA ALINA AIRLINES who will exclusively provide ALINA AWG PURE DRINING WATER, ALINA EXOTIC WATER, SENIOR WATER AND ALINA SPORTS WATER.

PRODUCTION

Each ALINA HYDRO-GRIDS BOTTLING CANNING CORPORATION location will produce approximately 47 million bottles a year. ALINA HYDRO-GIRDS BOTTLING CANNING CORPORATION also will produce 47 million cans of ALINA AWG PURE DRINKING WATER, ALINA EXOTIC WATER, ALINA SENIOR WATER AND ALINA SPORTS WATER per year. 

REVENUE

Cost of producing one 1-liter bottle or 20 oz can of ALINA AWG PURE DRINKING WATER and ALINA EXOTIC WATER is .08 cents. Total to market cost per one liter .12 cents. Wholesale price .75 cents to $1.00 retail price $1.99 to $2.29. Wholesale profit per one liter bottle average .88 cents, or $82,720,000 per location for our REVENUE SHARING profits program. 

ADVANCE ERNEST DEPOSIT TILL SYSTEMS SHIPS

ALINA HYDRO-GRIDS BOTTLING CANNING CORPORATIONS will accept earnest deposits of $5,000 per one percent (1%) to hold the balance of $20,000.00 per one percent (1%) until the systems are shipped to the location designated in the agreement below. 

REVENUE SHARING OFFER

THIS REVENUE SHARING AGREEMENT is entered between ALINA HYDR-GRIDS BOTTLING CANNING CORPORATION is a Delaware C Corporation with principal address, 3004 5th Ave, Altoona, PA 16602 and a Delaware filing address 3004 5thAve Altoona, PA 16602 and (ASSIGNEE) with principal address as ___________________­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­____________ Address and is effective this ___ day of _________, 2025.

ALINA HYDRO-GRIDS BOTTING CANNING CORPORATION has entered an agreement to share revenue as a REVENUE SHARING agreement (RSA) with audited financial statements and pay taxes based on corporate tax structure in the United States. Under this agreement ALINA HYDRO-GRIDS BOTTLING CANNING CORPORATION has agreed to offer twenty percent (20%) of the revenue to outside buyers under this agreement of the revenue from individuals or groups in stated locations within this agreement. 

ALINA HYDRO-GRIDS BOTTLING CANNING CORPORATIONS will accept earnest deposits of $5,000 per one percent (1%) to hold the balance of $20,000.00 per one percent (1%) until the systems are shipped to the location designated in the agreement below. 

WHEREAS, pursuant to certain outstanding agreements and understandings, ALINA HYDRO-GRIDS BOTTLING CANNING CORPORATION. may offer up to 20% per centage of revenue as a block of 1% of EBITS REVENUE (earnings before interest and taxes) for $25,000 per year for five years, ten years or twenty years with renewable terms, which each 1% blocks maybe syndicated between individuals, non-profits, and corporations. It shall be clearly understood that this offer is in no way an offer to sell equity or interest in any company, but purely the offer to have an interest in the Revenue Stream of the sales of the product for a set period stated in this document as the ASSIGNEE of said percentage. 

EARLY WITHDRAW FROM RSA

Emergency cancellation of agreement (s) is allowed under emergency conditions with approval of ALINA HYDRO-GRIDS BOTTLING CANNING CORPORATION. If emergency cancellation is required a release and transfer is signed to ALINA HYDRO-GRIDS BOTTLING CANNING CORPORATION and the percentage is returned for placement. 

ASSIGMENT OF REVENUE SHARING SHARE

A total of 20% of revenue may be assigned to one ASSIGNEE who is an individual, company, or non-profit, but never more the total aggregate of 20% for all ASSIGNEEs unless expressly agreed to in writing by ALINA HYDRO-GRIDS BOTTLING CANNING CORPORATION approval of said entity. ALINA HYDRO-GRIDS BOTTLING CANNING CORPORATION agrees to accept REVENUE SHARING ASSIGNEE upon approval of entity and amount of ASSIGNEES REVENUE SHARING.

AGREEMENT

WHEREAS, ASSIGNESS has advised ALINA HYDRO-GRIDS BOTTLING CANNING CORPORATION THEY wish to acquire this REVENUE SHARING OPPORTUNITY pursuant to the previously mentioned terms.

NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement, and other good and valuable consideration, the sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, it is hereby AGREED as follows:

ALINA HYDRO-GRIDS BOTTLING CANNING CORPORATION, the ASSIGNER under the authority of the Board of Directors hereby agrees to ASSIGN _______% of the Revenue to __________________________. The Revenue to be assigned are Revenue of ____________________________________________________ ALINA HYDRO-GRIDS BOTTLING CANNING PLANT (s) from the sales of the ALINA  AWG PURE WATER,  ALINA EXOTIC WATER SENIOR WATER and ALINA SPORTS WATER to ASSIGNEES for $25,000 per one percent (1%) of EBITS for ­­____five years, ___ten years, ___twenty years per location listed.

ASSIGNEE cost of $_______________ per location or plant, per year and ALINA HYDRO-GRODS BOTTLING CANNING CORPORATION, hereby agrees to offer the __% EBITS for ___5 years, ___ ten years, ___ 20 years of revenue per location or plant indicated in this agreement for years to ASSIGNESS pursuant to those terms. The ASSIGNEE TOTAL COST $___________________

Payment of the revenue: Payment shall be made by wire transfer in accordance with instructions furnished to ASSIGNEE by ALINA HYDRO-GRIDS BOTTLING CANNING CORPORATION to the designated account at our designated bank. It is understood that these funds will be utilized by ALINA HYDRO-GRIDS BOTTLING CANNING CORPORATIN for the benefit of advancing the development of technology and additional sites as well as the support of current plant to increase production as deemed necessary by ALINA HYDRO-GRIDS BOTTLING CANNING CORPORATION. 

Title to the REVENUE: Upon receipt of the previously mentioned payment for the block of revenue, ALINA HYDRO-GRIDS BOTTLING CANNING CORPORATION shall issue a certificate to ASSIGNEE for the percentage of revenue. 

Miscellaneous:

ALINA HYDRO-GRIDS BOTTLING CANNING CORPORATION. hereby represents and warrants that the Board of Directors of ALINA HYDRO-GRIDS BOTTLING CANNING CORPORATION authorized this Agreement and further represents and warrants that this Agreement does not conflict with any other agreement to which it is a party. This Agreement shall be construed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, conflict of laws principles accepted.

IN WITNESS THEREOF, the parties hereby enter into this Agreement effective this _____ day of________________, 2025.
